Becoming a member of Seniors Respite Montérégie is a meaningful way to stay connected with our organization and support the important work we do for seniors and caregivers in our community.

As a member, you will receive our email newsletter periodically with updates about SRM, upcoming activities, community news, and information about relevant initiatives, services, and events offered by other organizations that may benefit you or your loved ones.

Members are also invited to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM), where they can vote on important matters and help shape the future of the organization. Membership is also a great way to discover volunteer opportunities and other ways to get involved and support the community.
